Your Delivery Timeline
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 15:00 GMT begin processing the next business day.
- Processing Time: We take 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday) to process your purchase.
- Package Transit Time: Once shipped, transit time is 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday).
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days from the order date.
Tracking and Confirmation
You will receive two emails:
- An initial confirmation email upon purchase.
- A second email with your tracking number and link once the package has shipped. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.
What to Do About Delays
While we strive for the 9-business-day target, occasional delays can happen due to peak periods, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at info@woverelle.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
