Yes, cancellation is possible. To cancel an order, email us at info@woverelle.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
We take 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday) to process your purchase. Once shipped, transit time is 4 to 6 days (Monday–Friday). You can expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days from the order date.
Once your return is received and verified, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
The process typically takes up to 7 days, though bank processing times may vary.
No restocking fees are applied to the refund amount.
