- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- Our team will guide you through the process and help select the replacement item.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at info@woverelle.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and verified:
- The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
- The process typically takes up to 7 days, though bank processing times may vary.
- No restocking fees are applied to the refund amount.
Issues with Your Order
